How does the DM limit work?＋
Your DM limit resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Each automated message sent counts as one DM. If you reach your limit, automations pause until the next cycle, or you can upgrade your plan for more capacity.
Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts?＋
Yes! The Free plan supports 1 account, Pro supports up to 5 accounts, and the Custom plan offers unlimited accounts. All accounts are managed from a single dashboard.
Is my Instagram account safe with Send DM?＋
We use the official Instagram Graph API and Meta-approved OAuth authentication. We never ask for or store your password. Our system includes built-in rate limiting and safety features to keep your account in good standing.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?＋

When you reach your monthly DM limit, your automations will pause automatically. You will receive an email notification before and when you hit the limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your capacity, and the change takes effect immediately.
