At Send DM, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Send DM for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and does not apply to subsequent billing cycles or plan renewals.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase.
  • You were charged in error due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect billing amount).
  • A significant service outage or disruption occurred that prevented you from using the platform for an extended period, and we were unable to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
  • Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for cancelling your plan before renewal if you no longer wish to be charged.
  • Dissatisfaction due to changes in Instagram's API, policies, or platform restrictions that are beyond our control.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service, including account suspension due to misuse or abuse of the platform.
  • Partial month usage — we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address, the plan you subscribed to, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for the refund to appear:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): 5–10 business days.
  • UPI/Net Banking (Razorpay): 5–7 business days.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Send DM is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

7. Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual subscription plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies from the date of purchase. After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended. We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
